DIN SPEC 91494 “Spiritual Care in Healthcare: In 2024, I was the impulse giver of DIN SPEC 91494 “Spiritual Care in Healthcare,” with Prof. Dr. Eckhard Frick SJ as the official initiator. The aim of this specification is the structural recognition of spirituality as a dimension of human existence within the healthcare system – visible, connectable, and accountable in its cultural, ethical, and professional relevance. The consortium for this DIN SPEC was formally established in June 2025. Here you will find the business plan.
The Mutaspir Project (2019-2024), based at the Hochschule für Philosophie, Munich, focused on the implementation of Spiritual Care in healthcare and nursing institutions. Its aim is to develop concepts that make Spiritual Care visible, connectable, and effective within organizations. In the project’s final guideline, my approach Creative Spiritual Care was included as a contribution to the practical development of Spiritual Care. To the Homepage: mutaspir.net
